We are looking for a Security Operations Lead.

The Security Operations Lead is responsible for managing daily our client’s global IT security operations, ensuring incident response, threat management, and compliance. This role leads a team of security professionals to maintain a secure environment and drive continuous improvements in security strategy.

What You Have to Do:

• Oversee security operations, including incident response, SOC 2 alerts, and threat hunting.
• Lead investigations, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, SLAs, and security incident processes.
• Conduct threat intelligence gathering, analysis, and sharing.
• Plan phishing campaigns and security awareness initiatives.
• Support cloud security, Microsoft 365 security, and security architecture design.
• Develop security policies, standards, and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and manage key vendor relationships.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in information security, IT audit, or risk management.
• Strong people management skills, including managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders, are mandatory.
• Strong expertise in intrusion detection, penetration testing, firewall configuration, and threat analysis.
• Experience in security operations, vulnerability management, and security architecture.
• Good Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO standards, data protection laws, and IT governance.
• Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are good to have.
