• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Process and reconcile customer payments, including cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts via phone calls and emails, maintaining professional and positive client relationships.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments.
  • Prepare and analyze ageing reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports related to receivables.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What we need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a par qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP or similar)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
