We’re looking for a motivated intern to support our talent acquisition team.


What we need
  • Pursuing a degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn or similar hiring platforms will be advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.

What you have to do

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, high-performance software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and manage build/deployment pipelines.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to meet business requirements and delivery goals.
  • Document processes, share knowledge, and stay updated with emerging technologies.

What we need
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java enterprise development, including CDI, JPA, and JAX-RS.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, MySQL, Git, Maven, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks — AngularJS or React preferred.
  • Practical experience with AWS (EC2, S3) and Linux skills.
  • Proven experience with Docker and containerization.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Minikube, Python, Jooq, and networking fundamentals is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Develop scalable microservices and fullstack applications with AI integration.
  • Deploy, containerize, and monitor AI/ML models on cloud and Kubernetes platforms.

What we need
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and semantic search.
  • Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and workflow automation.
  • Solid backend (Python, Java, Node.js) and frontend (React, Angular, TypeScript) development skills.
  • Experience with microservices, API development, DevOps, and cloud-based AI deployment.

What we need

  • Build scalable pipelines & integrate speech/voice AI tech.
  • Partner with Product/Delivery/Clients to align tech with business goals.
  • Ensure responsible AI compliance and best practices.

What we need
  • 7+ years in Software Development & Solution Architecture with AI expertise.
  • Strong in Generative AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, MCP.
  • Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, data pipelines, AI/ML integrations, vector DBs, voice/speech tech, Python/Node.js, APIs, cloud & infra (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform).
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Passionate, adaptable, thrives in fast-paced startup environments.


What we need
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Australian BPO practice.
  • Australian taxation and bookkeeping experience is essential.
  • Fully or part-qualified in CA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, BAS, and tax returns for individual/trust and companies.
  • Experience in using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online with the ability to adapt to new accounting systems quickly.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with international clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple client portfolios while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.


What we need
  • A background in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and engage with clients.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
