We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support our global client in designing and automating workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, performing basic platform administration, and supporting ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities

• Propose, suggest, and implement improvements while taking ownership of assigned products, modules, and deliverables
• Create and support dashboards and configure appropriate tables
• Work on new ServiceNow implementations, scripting, and development
• Use ServiceNow Flow Designer to design and automate workflows (essential)
• Perform foundational ServiceNow administration, including catalog management, user roles, and CSDM
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
• Follow ITIL-aligned processes and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

What we need

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles (a plus)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to support our global client in designing, deploying, and automating cloud infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance IT services across the enterprise.

What we need

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT and DevOps.
• Advanced Microsoft Azure expertise, including Apps, Storage, Key Vault, SQL, Vnets, VMs, AD, Monitor, and Application Insights.
• Designing deployment pipelines and creating infrastructure as code templates to support these.
• Intermediate-to-advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Bicep, Terraform, Octopus or similar tools.
• Administration of core cloud platform services across a variety of Microsoft cloud (Azure) technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management frameworks.
• Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) (Added Advantage)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
